The Path to College
This upcoming Summer 2026, we are excited to continue our college prep workshop for rising high school juniors and seniors. We are offering a series of virtual college application workshops, complemented by in-person campus tours of either Emory University or Georgia Tech in Fall 2026.
Requirements: Students should bring rising 11th or 12 graders.
Duration: Students are expected to commit to a 4-week virtual workshop series.
Workshop Topics:

Choosing a College/University: Guidance on selecting the right college based on individual interests and career aspirations.

Financial Aid and Scholarships: Comprehensive information to help students understand and apply for financial aid and scholarships.

Writing a Personal Statement: One-on-one mentoring to help students craft a compelling and personal statement.

Time Management and Activities: Strategies for balancing academic responsibilities with extracurricular activities during the college application process.
Campus Tours: At the end of the program students will have the opportunity to visit GA Tech or Emory University.
